Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
TryPosty is operated by Zyene, Inc., a Delaware company with offices in San Francisco, California ("Zyene", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the TryPosty website, web app and related services (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
For privacy questions or requests, email support@tryposty.net.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account information
Your email address, a hashed version of your password, your name and profile image if you add them, and your plan and account settings. You can sign in with a password or with a magic link sent to your email.
2.2 Your brand and content
What you give us so we can make your posts: your business name, website, description and logo, the images and videos you upload, your prompts and notes, and the captions, carousels and videos created in your account.
2.3 Connected social accounts
If you connect a social account, we receive the information described in section 3.
2.4 Free previews
You can try TryPosty without an account by entering a website address. We read the public content of that website to create a sample carousel and reel, and we store the address, the brand details we found and the samples.
Previews are public, so anyone with the link can view them. To enforce daily limits we store a hash of your IP address, salted daily, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request is not from a bot.
2.5 Payment and billing
Stripe processes payments. We receive your subscription status and transaction details, such as invoices and renewal dates, but we do not store full card numbers. We also keep a record of the credits you receive and use.
2.6 Communications
Transactional emails, such as verification, magic link, password reset and billing messages, and any messages you send to our support team.
2.7 Device, log and usage data
IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, and server and error logs. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand traffic to our site.
2.8 Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We also use your browser's local storage for preferences, such as your theme and sidebar state, and for recent work in our design tools. Stripe and Cloudflare may set their own cookies for payments, fraud prevention and bot checks.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not show ads.
2.9 AI features
To create and edit your posts, we send your prompts, brand details, website content and images to AI model providers, including OpenAI. Do not submit anything you would not want shared with those providers.
3. Facebook, Instagram and other connected accounts
You can connect Facebook, Instagram and other accounts we support, such as TikTok, Reddit or Google Search Console. You sign in on the platform itself, so we never see your password for it. Composio, our integration provider, holds the access tokens that let the Service act on your behalf.
With your permission, we use a connected account to:
- Read basic account and Page details, such as IDs and names, so you can choose where to post.
- Publish a post to the account you choose, at the moment you tell us to.
- Read your recent posts and their metrics, such as caption, media link, views, reach, likes, comments, shares and saves, to show your Insights page. We keep the latest copy in our database so the page loads quickly.
We use this data only to provide these features. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
To delete your Facebook and Instagram data:
- Disconnect the account under Connected accounts in your account settings. We can no longer read from it or post to it. You can also remove the app from your Facebook or Instagram settings.
- Email support@tryposty.net from your account email and ask us to delete your data. Disconnecting alone does not remove insights we have already saved.
- We will delete the data, typically within 30 days, and confirm by email.
Posts already published stay on the platform until you delete them there.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email support@tryposty.net.
11. International transfers
TryPosty is based in the United States. Information from users outside the U.S. may be processed in the U.S. and in other countries where our service providers operate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do. We will give notice by email or in the app of material changes.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms and Conditions.
